You can take the 18th Edition during either  Step 1 or during Step 2 —

the order doesn’t matter as 18th Edition is only a 1 week course.

However, before you can move on to Step 3 (NVQ & AM2), you must have completed:

• Level 2
• Level 3
• 18th Edition
